Tribute to Ray Vilhaber
Written by CSC Committee
Sunday, 21 September 2014 20:24

It is with a heavy heart, that we would like to advise the Camden Soccer Club community, that we recently lost a great supporter and groundsman in Mr Ray Vilhaber.

Ray was involved with the Tigers for several years, ensuring that all of the grounds were ready and that the clubhouse was always clean and tidy for the next week.

Ray spent a lot of time on the whipper snipper to ensure that the grounds and surroundings looked as tidy as possible every week, throughout both the winter and summer months. Ray's passion to ensure that everything was clean and tidy, will always be admired.

Ray was a tall man in statue, with an enormous heart. The Tigers have lost a great man, who wanted nothing more than to see the children enjoy their soccer. Ray will be sadly missed by all of us at  Camden Tigers.

All of the management team at Camden Soccer Club would like to extend their sympathy to all of Ray's family and friends at this difficult time.
